* Here, the paper is very general. Most of the information can be extracted from constitution.
* Mughal, chanakya, british -> rajni goyal
* Can refer Rajni goyal for some factual info like central and state secretrait working, PMO, etc.
* Centre-state, State government, central govt, planning commision, finanace commission, rural govt, urban govt - All can be read from constitution.
* National police commission, Ribiero committe, Padmanabhaih committe, etc for police admin.
* Integrate data from 2nd arc, poonchi commission, 12th plan, budget for this year, economic survey and all other relevant data which may come in newspaper, yojana.
* Its very important to integrate relevant data and recommendations in your answer to keep them different and interesting than others.
